PRIVACY POLICY

TuneRoll is a concert-memory organization application. This policy describes the current pre-release local-first implementation. We will revise it before enabling attribution services, purchases or public distribution.
Photos access
With your permission, TuneRoll reads metadata for media in Apple Photos to suggest sessions and organizes only the concerts you explicitly confirm. Original photos and videos remain in Apple Photos. TuneRoll doesn't delete or modify those originals.
On-device processing
When you request it, TuneRoll can retrieve a video from your iCloud Photos library via Apple's services and analyze a short audio excerpt on your device. A temporary audio file is removed after analysis. Uploaded personal audio/video is not processed on TuneRoll servers.
Local concert data
Confirmed shows, artist names, dates, favorites, ratings, posters, location exclusions and media references are kept on your device using application storage. Imported poster artwork is stored as a locally compressed copy. Removing the app may remove this data unless a separate backup has been created. Sync/backup is not yet available.
Analytics and advertising
The current pre-release build does not initialize Singular advertising measurement or send event data to it. Before enabling attribution, this policy and Apple's App Privacy disclosures must be updated to describe the actual SDK and consent choices. No photos, videos, setlists, detailed GPS locations or artist histories will be sent as advertising event properties.
Sharing
Only content you explicitly share through the native share sheet is transmitted to a chosen destination, subject to that destination's policies.
Purchases
Lifetime in-app purchasing is not live in this pre-release build. Once enabled, Apple handles payment processing under its terms; this policy will be updated to reflect the final purchase/receipt handling.
